Return Requests

Please advise us of any returns via our CONTACT FORM, before you start the return.

 

Refunds

All goods will be refunded if they are returned to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging (not applicable to Damaged, Wrong items), within 7 working days of receiving your delivery.

 

Damaged, Wrong items and Short delivered orders

Please inspect your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered. You have a 28-day right to reject and return for a refund any items that are broken or damaged, unusable, not what was advertised or doesn’t match the description. In this case return postage will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt, and any express shipping costs (such as Saturday delivery) will also be reimbursed. In some situations, we may need to send the items to a manufacturer for closer inspection to confirm whether the fault was present when you purchased it.

Outside of the 28-day right to reject window and within 6 months of purchase, you must give us the opportunity to repair or replace any damaged, unusable or faulty items. If an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful a refund will be issued.

If you are outside of 6 Months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were delivered to you.

 

Order Cancellations

Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order. Orders placed prior to 2pm are dispatched the same day, once goods have been despatched, we cannot recall them and delivery will take place. It becomes the customers responsibility to return the order to us undamaged. Please see below, no longer wanted or needed orders.

 

No longer required orders and returns

Unwanted, no longer needed products must be in an unused and unopened condition to receive a refund, and you have 28 days to return (14 days from the date of delivery to request a cancellation and return, and a further 14 days to return your products at your own cost). Unwanted or no longer required products must be in an unused and unopened condition to receive a full refund. Please ensure that items are intact, in their original packaging and properly protected, and that you use a fully tracked service. We are unable to accept responsibility for items that are lost, or damaged upon arrival at our address. Returns made outside of the 28 days will not be refunded.
