Order Processing and Dispatch – Orders are processed and dispatched working days Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. Please note the postcodes that take 2 to 4 days for delivery. Our warehouse and offices close for England Bank Holidays and Public Holidays; therefore, orders will not be dispatched on these days.
Order Cancellation – Customers should contact us immediately if they wish to cancel their order. Orders placed prior to 2pm can be stopped from leaving our warehouse. Cancellation after dispatch will be the customers responsibility to return the order.
